Complex General Manager
Working for Tara Hospitality, a smaller family-owned firm is a breath of fresh air from the bigger, more corporate companies. It's a more intimate and organic experience versus a sterile environment. Tara has also afforded me a career goal opportunity in achieving my first hotel General Manager position.
It's been about seven years since my collaborative journey with Tara began. It has indeed been a very enriching experience for me. It is an organization which offers opportunities for everyone to foster and grow both professionally and personally.
